What we collect
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe to Accessibility Nexus Weekly. Browsing the hub's guides, videos, and standards doesn't require an account or collect any personal information.
- Marketplace account details: name, email, password (stored as a secure hash).
- Marketplace profile details you choose to share: skills, certifications, rates, bio, company information.
- Verification materials: certificates and practical assessment files you upload.
- Marketplace activity: projects, proposals, messages, and reviews.
How we use it
- To send Accessibility Nexus Weekly, if you subscribed. You can ask to be removed at any time by contacting us below.
- To operate the marketplace: matching projects and professionals.
- To review verification applications and moderate content.
- To send notifications about activity on your marketplace account.
What is visible to others
- Approved professional profiles are public, including verification status, skills, and reviews.
- Company profiles are private by default. Only professionals who submit proposals or are shortlisted see full company details.
- Verification documents are only visible to platform administrators.
- Messages are private between sender and receiver; admins can access message metadata and, where required for moderation, content.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time and request account deletion by contacting privacy@accessibilitynexus.com.
