These terms govern your use of AccessibilityNexus. By creating an account you agree to them. This is an MVP draft and will be replaced by reviewed legal terms before general availability.

1. The platform

AccessibilityNexus is a marketplace that connects companies needing digital accessibility work with verified accessibility professionals. During the MVP phase, payment between companies and professionals is handled outside the platform; AccessibilityNexus is not a party to those payment arrangements.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials secure, and not share your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Company obligations

• Post real projects with clear requirements.
• Respect professional rates and do not request unpaid full audits as proposals.
• Avoid discriminatory language in postings and communication.
• Respect confidentiality and pay according to agreed terms.
• Communicate professionally.

4. Professional obligations

Professionals must follow the professional code of conduct, represent their skills honestly, and only submit proposals after completing verification. Submitting fake certifications leads to rejection or suspension.

5. Content and moderation

We review projects, service packages, and verification applications before they become publicly visible. We may edit, hide, or remove content that violates these terms, and may suspend or remove users who do.

6. No guarantees

Verification is a good-faith review of credentials and practical work; it does not guarantee outcomes of any engagement. Nothing on the platform is legal advice, and no service guarantees legal compliance or immunity from claims.
